Your Misama custom creation begins with a discovery session that allows us to understand your unique style and translate your qualities and personality into a jewelled creation of unmatched originality. We can also, present you with a selection of our specially curated gemstones in collaborating with our exclusive dealer network so as to ensure that the stones chosen are perfectly suited to the artistic vision.
Shortly after our discovery session, we will present you with a variety of inspirational sketches. You are welcome to provide any feedback and modifications as to your preferred concept during this first review. Next, we will share with you a depiction of the stones and settings in greater detail. At this point, our clients would confirm and commit to a final design and this design will then be hand-made by our craftsmen.
We pride ourselves on providing enduring customer satisfaction. However. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receipt of your item. This refund policy applies to brand-new, non-customized, and non-altered items only. Upon receipt of the item and subject to any inspection, we will provide you with a refund of your original purchase price. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt, original packaging and any additional documents accompanying the original purchased item. All items returned must be properly packaged and sealed. Priority shipping with tracking number must be provided at the customer’s expense to the address provided. Please note that it could take up to 7 business days subsequent to the receipt of your items for refunds to be processed. In the unlikely event of a refund has not being processed within 7 business days, please contact us so we look into the matter. We appreciate your patience.
Due to the uniqueness of certain individual items, we cannot process exchanges or returns on items that have customized, engraved, worn, used, altered, or damaged.
All discounted merchandise are final sale only and may not be returned, refunded or exchanged. All sales are deemed final If no refund is requested within seven days of receipt of your item. Misima utilizes third-party certified gemologists to appraise all jewellery and gemstones so as to ensure impartial and unbiased results. Our partnership network of independent and highly reputable appraisers allows us to offer a complete range of diamond and gemstone grading and jewellery appraisal services to help value and assess the quality of your pieces. We also include a complimentary independent appraisal with any custom piece we create for our clients at no extra charge.
At Misima, we value your business and respect your right to privacy. We want you to feel secure about any private information that you provide to us, and have therefore outlined our Privacy Policy below. This Privacy Policy has been adopted by Misima and by those organizations using the Misima trademark under license from Misima (referred to collectively as āMisimaā), in order to demonstrate their commitment to the protection of individual privacy. The following discloses the personal information collection, use and disclosure practices of Misima. For the purposes of this statement, āPersonal Informationā means information that is personally identifiable to individuals. āNon-Identifiable Informationā means information that cannot be associated with or traced back to specific individuals with any certainty.
HOW AND WHEN MISIMA COLLECTS PERSONAL INFORMATION
Misima collects personal information from individuals on a voluntary basis through surveys, contest entry forms, registration forms, questionnaires and transaction documents both online and offline. Misima collects and uses non-identifiable information to assess the effectiveness of website content andtraffic. This allows Misima to improve the quality of visits to websites by
